Zen Timer is an Android app published and operated by de Prados y Bodega Ingenieros S.L. (VAT/CIF: B86106705), with registered address at Ciudalcampo, 28707 San Sebastián de los Reyes, Madrid (Spain). Contact: privacy@enredando.me.
Acceptance
Downloading and installing Zen Timer from Google Play implies acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the application.
Medical disclaimer — IMPORTANT
Zen Timer is not a medical device, not a treatment, and not a substitute for professional healthcare.
- Zen Timer is a personal wellness application intended as a companion to meditation or mindfulness practice.
- The brown noise calibrated near 430 Hz may help some people mask their tinnitus tone during a session, but it does not cure, treat, or clinically reduce tinnitus.
- If you have tinnitus, hearing loss, or any other auditory or medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before adding Zen Timer to your routine.
- Do not use Zen Timer at high volumes or for prolonged periods without breaks. Excessive sound exposure can damage your hearing.
- If you experience pain, dizziness, increased tinnitus, or any discomfort during use, stop the app immediately and consult a professional.
Distribution and purchases
- Zen Timer is distributed only through Google Play. Installing from unofficial sources (sideload) is not supported and is outside the coverage of these terms.
- The Zen Timer Pro purchase (1,99 € / $1.99 / £1.99) is processed entirely via Google Play Billing. Invoicing, refunds, and payment handling are Google’s responsibility under its Google Play terms.
- The Pro purchase removes the ads of the free tier and disables the AdMob SDK in the active session. It is a one-time purchase, with no renewal or subscription.
- For refunds, please refer first to the Google Play policy. For exceptional cases not covered by Google, you can reach us at privacy@enredando.me.
Permitted use
Zen Timer is offered for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or repackage the APK through channels other than Google Play.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass technical mechanisms of the app, including the ad-removal logic following the Pro purchase.
- Use the app in any way that may harm, overload, or compromise third-party services (Google Play, AdMob).
Service availability
Zen Timer is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The operator may modify, suspend, remove from Google Play, or discontinue the app at any time without prior notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, Zen Timer, including without limitation any auditory, medical, or psychological effect.
Intellectual property
The name “Zen Timer”, the application design, the source code, and assets are property of de Prados y Bodega Ingenieros S.L., except for third-party components licensed under their own terms (Ionic, Capacitor, VanJS, Tailwind CSS, Google AdMob SDK, and Google Play Billing).
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts of Madrid (Spain), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer right to their place of residence.
Changes
Any change to these terms will be posted on this page with the updated date at the top. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
